Due to these unprecedented and still uncertain times, for the foreseeable future I will be continuing with my online classes only and not be offering indoor group exercise classes. I’ve never been one to put myself first, but in light of my personal situation, I feel it’s the only and safest choice.
To those of you who have already joined me on Zoom, thank you so much! Having your encouragement and support from the outset has made the transition process so much easier and very pleasant. It also means a lot knowing that you’re really enjoying the classes, and it’s been particularly delightful seeing familiar faces and exciting to see new ones. I’ve had lots of positive feedback. I am sorry that I am unable to support you in person, but I sincerely hope that you continue to stick with me as we continue our fitness journey together – uncharted territory I know, but still enriching and very exciting!
