HOME PERSONAL TRAINING
We specialise in training clients at home. We believe that by keeping you in a familiar environment, you will be more comfortable and therefore more likely to achieve your goals.
We have a wide variety of equipment to make your workout interesting and effective. We also come to you full of innovative ideas about how to make best use of the resources you have in your home, garden, office and the surrounding areas. We are proof that you definitely don’t need a gym to get fit!
OUTDOOR PERSONAL TRAINING
If you are someone who loves the great outdoors, then we can adapt your exercise requirements accordingly. There could be nothing more refreshing and invigorating than a workout in the local park setting you up for the rest of the day.
Perhaps you’d like to train for a 10k race, what better way to de-stress from a hard day’s work than to run outdoors? Whatever the season or weather, come rain or shine, outdoor training always knocks socks off being stuck in a boring, hot and sweaty gym!
We are skilled at outdoor training and can creatively adapt resources in your local environment for both cardio and resistance work.
OFFICE PERSONAL TRAINING
If home personal training is not an option for you, we are skilled at adapting any environment into an exercising space; this means we can even offer personal training at the office.
What better way to ensure you are focused and revitalised for that afternoon meeting than by having an invigorating workout during your lunch hour; a 30-minute workout would ensure you still had time to freshen up and eat your lunch.
