As well as one-on-one tuition and a tailor-made programme to suit your needs, each personal training session can include nutrition, weight and lifestyle management advice. We offer a discount to senior citizens, busy mums and students. Furthermore if you refer a friend then you get a free 30-minute session.

If you book one of the special block packages, e.g. Silver then you get a free starter pack to kick start your fitness regime.

FREE Consultation

The initial consultation is a crucial part of the service. It is during these 45 minutes that we will discuss your goals and provide realistic targets for your future training programme based on a variety of information gathered. Because of the importance of this session it is FREE OF CHARGE and there is no obligation to book further sessions if you decide not to proceed.

Home Personal Training

We specialize in training clients at home. We believe that by keeping you in a familiar environment, you will be more comfortable and therefore more likely to achieve your goals.

We have a wide variety of equipment that can be used to make your workout interesting and effective including:

  • Resistance bands
  • Boxing gloves and pads
  • Steps
  • Skipping ropes
  • Stability balls
  • Pilates equipment

As well as our own equipment, we also come to you full of innovative ideas about how to make best use of the resources you have in your home, garden, office and the surrounding areas. So, if you still think you need a gym to get fit, think again.

Office Personal Training

If home personal training is not an option for you, we are skilled at adapting any environment into an exercising space; this means we can even offer personal training at the office.

What better way to ensure you are focused and revitalised for that afternoon meeting than by having an invigorating workout during your lunch hour - a 30 minute workout would ensure you still had time to freshen up and eat your lunch.

 

Outdoor Personal Training

If you are someone who loves the great outdoors, then we can adapt your exercise requirements accordingly. There could be nothing more refreshing and invigorating than a walk or jog around the local park on a beautiful morning setting you up for the rest of the day.

Perhaps you are training for a 10k race, what better way to de-stress from a hard day's work than to run in the breeze of a warm summers evening? Whatever the season or weather, come rain or shine, outdoor training always knocks socks off being stuck in a hot, sweaty gym!

We are skilled at outdoor training and can creatively adapt resources in your local environment for resistance work; for example you could do push ups against a tree or work your triceps on a park bench.

Outdoor personal training is an excellent and fun way to stay fit!
